What customers say

## Straight-talking reviews from real Yorkshire jobs.

"From the first survey to the final tidy-up, One Stop were spot-on. Quote came through the same day, price didn't move a penny, and the team were polite and immaculate on site. Roof looks superb."

Verified customer

York, New roof

"Called at 9pm during a storm, someone answered, and a roofer was on site within 90 minutes making it safe. Came back two days later and repaired it properly at a fair price. Fantastic service."

Verified customer

Scarborough, Storm damage repair

"Replaced our tired felt garage roof with EPDM. Fixed price, on time, and 10-year guarantee in writing. Really pleased with the workmanship and the way they left the site."

Verified customer

Beverley, Flat roof (EPDM)

"Chimney was in a state after last winter. William and the team rebuilt it, re-flashed it in lead and repointed the stack. Neat job, honest advice, and no upselling."

Verified customer

Hull, Chimney rebuild

"Full UPVC fascia, soffit and gutter replacement. Turned up when they said, finished when they said, and the difference to the front of the house is night and day."

Verified customer

Bridlington, Fascias & guttering

"Had two other quotes trying to sell me a full re-roof. One Stop did a proper survey, told me it was three slipped tiles and a lead flashing, and sorted it for a fraction of the price. Honest roofers."

Malton, Roof repair
